To Yoga Teachers, Students and Friends,

The 3HO Foundation is sponsoring its third Kundalini Yoga Festival, Open House and Silent Auction on Saturday December 8 to benefit Sikh Dharma, which has housed the Kundalini Yoga Center on Walnut Street since 1977. Since the Kundalini Yoga Center is funded solely by its residents, yoga students and local donations, your on-going support and participation are greatly appreciated. In working together, we have been able to expand our yoga network and activities to better meet your needs.

Here are several opportunities to support the Kundalini Yoga Center and to support yourself during the Winter Holidays as well:

• Send a donation – no amount is too big or too small. 3HO and Sikh Dharma are public not-for-profit organizations. Since Sikh Dharma has a 501(c) (3) federal tax exemption, your donation is tax-deductible.

• Participate in the Open House at the Kundalini Yoga Center on December 8 –8:30 am – 5:30 pm. This is an opportunity for you and your friends to experience Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. Free hour-long yoga classes will be offered at 8:30 and 1:30.

• Participate in the Silent Auction by donating a product or service with a minimum value of $25. This is an opportunity for you to promote your service and/or product to health- and fitness-conscious people. Descriptions and values of donated services and products will be included in the online catalogue and will be on display at the Kundalini Yoga Center.

• Continue to participate in on-going Kundalini Yoga Classes and private sessions. A portion of your class fee supports the Yoga Center and the sharing of the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. See the schedules of classes and workshops enclosed.

• Purchase special gifts for family and friends. Yogic books, tapes, CD’s, DVD’s, teas, and oils are 15% off. Gift certificates for six 1-hour classes, 4-hour Saturday workshops, and private consultations are available for purchase. (No gift-wrapping necessary!)
• Purchase an ad in the new 2008 Kundalini Yoga Directory. This is another way to increase the KC Yoga Network and to inform others of your products or services. A detail sheet is attached.

Your on-going support is very important to us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to continue to offer the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, which have changed so many lives in so many ways. “Every commitment – large or small – impacts the world. Collectively we are making a difference.”
