This course, conducted at Sat Tirath Ashram, will enable us to enjoy a well-lived life, content in each moment and aware of our destiny - purpose filled. And to have a relationship with our habits that is "light" and creative; to understand the positive and negative in our habits; to recognize the cycels of life and how they affect us; to cultivate beneficial habits, clean up our consciousness, understand our adolescence and recognize the challenges before us. Yes, everyone and his brother and/or sister has one, but not many discuss 35+ years of Kundalini Yoga practice and teaching. It's not always directly about Kundalini Yoga but it IS always influenced by his meditation. Please feel free to leave your own thoughts about his blog; he would welcome a dialogue.
