Kundalini Yoga is an ancient and powerful science brought to the U.S. by Yogi Bhajan. It will heal, energize and elevate you through sincere practice of both active and passive asanas, breathing techniques, chanting and meditation.

7–8 pm  Guru Shabd Kaur, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for Energy and Vitality

Friday
9-10 am  Sat Inder, Morning Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
5:30 - 6:30 - Karen Carmack (Sach Dharm Kaur) Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to start the weekend.

Please inform the teacher if you have never taken a Kundalini Yoga Class before. Wear comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in and do not eat for about two hours before class. Please do not wear strong perfumes or colognes to yoga class.
