Class Schedule

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient and powerful science brought to the U.S. by Yogi Bhajan. It will heal, energize and elevate you through sincere practice of both active and passive asanas, breathing techniques, chanting and meditation.  The KC Kundalini Yoga Center offers regular yoga/meditation classes, Full Moon Meditations ending with Double Gong Bath for deep relaxation and rejuvenation, occasional workshops and Kundalini Yoga Teachers Certification Training. Certified teachers are available for yoga classes at private homes and other centers.  Refer to the home page for current offerings.

Please inform the teacher if you have never taken a Kundalini Yoga Class before. Wear comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in and do not eat a heavy meal for about two hours before class. Please do not wear strong perfumes or colognes to yoga class.
