October 15, 2014

To Participants, Donors & Bidders,

On October 25, 3HO Foundations' KC Kundalini Yoga Center will host a
Kundalini Yoga Festival and a Silent Auction.  The Yoga Festival will be a commemoration of the life and teachings of Yogi Bhajan, 8/26/1929 - 10/6/2004.

The day will begin with the 9:00 am Yoga Class. At 10 am a guided mediation by Karta Purk and music by Gard Hanselmann. Then time to meet the teachers and staff and visit the Silent Auction before  lunch.  Enjoy dishes from the Golden Temple Restaurant menu beginning at noon, including Lentil Soup, Mushroom Meadow, and Apple Crisp.  Donations are requested for lunch.

Follow up with light yoga and meditation with AnaLeyah at 1 pm. Then relax and check out the silent auction catalog and tables at 2:00.  Jeri Birdsall/Nirbhao will lead beautiful chanting and kirtan 2:30 - 3:45.  Then make your final bids until 4 pm.

The aim of the Silent Auction is to raise money, and to assist our supporters in promoting their products and services.  The auction proceeds will help maintain and restore our 1899 historic building in the midtown neighborhood of Old Hyde Park.

Auction items are in the categories of: Artwork, Books and Music, Health and Beauty, Healthy Dining, Yoga/Meditation/Movement, Services, Miscellaneious.  Make your bid here by  following the category links for a listing of items donated by our wonderfully supportive community.
