Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teachers Training

Kundalini Research Institute Level Two Teachers Training Program as taught by Yogi Bhajan

"Our whole essence is a discipline, and our highest point in discipline is to be in love with others and carry them with our head and heart both. ..." says Yogi Bhajan.

Yogi Bhajan has given us a perfect example of how to be a teacher.  He showed us how to use applied consciousness to create and maintain authentic relationships.  He showed us that as teachers we must not settle for unconsciously formed "relationships".  Instead we must consciously create "authentic relationships".

Level Two is for those who have received Level One certification. There are 5 modules that must be taken over at least a 2-year period. Successful completion of all 5 modules is part of the requirements that lead to a Level Two Practitioner Certificate.

The 5 modules are:

1. Conscious Communication
2.  Authentic Relationships
3.  Mind and Meditation
4.  LifeCycles & LifeStyles
5.  Vitality

Each Module consists of 62 hours, including 50 hours of classroom and at least 12 hours of home study spread over 90 days.

The Kansas City courses are conducted over two long weekends about one month apart - Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 8:30 am - 6 pm.

Karta Purkh Singh and Sat Inder Kaur are Senior Lead Trainers who have been taught by Yogi Bhajan.  They are Co-Directors of Sat Tirath Ashram and the 3HO KC Kundalini Yoga Center.
